The objective is to complete a water tower build out. The water tower will facilitate the storage of water from a borehole that was drilled and completed in Q4 2020.

Challenges experienced thus far:
- Borehole drilling showed clay at 2m (shallower than expected). Piling for column supports was not appropriate and a foundation was excavated to 6m x 2.5m x 2m deep = 30cum, for a raft foundation across the whole area. This is larger than what was originally anticipated and cost estimated, ie at 4.5m x 3m x 1.5m = 20.25cum; Additional costs USD $3,550
